| Abstract: | This article bases on grasping the strategy orientation of the construction of the new socialist countryside on the west side of Taiwan Straits,the value choice and several contradictions,puts forward the correlation proposal from the planning orientation and the relation it must process,the pilot on the plan formulation process,the construction of rural industrial system,the innovation of the system mechanisms and so on. |
