| 摘 要： | 耕地及其养护是我国粮食安全的基础,是生态环境安全的重要途径和农民就业的重要场所。但是,目前我国粮食安全隐患逐渐凸现,主要是由于耕地无人养护、无人愿意养护、只用不养而质量退化明显,而且,有关养护法规不完善。针对这些问题,提出了耕地养护的相应对策。 |

| Abstract: | Farmland nursing is the foundation of food supplies security in China and an important approach to protecting the security of the eco-environment and increasing farmer employment.But currently the potential risk of food supplies security in China is becoming increasingly prominent,which results mainly from intensive farmland utilization without proper nursing,unwillingness to nurse farmland,and serious soil quality degradation.In addition,the present laws or rules about farmland nursing are far from perfect.Addressing these problems,the authors put forward in this paper some constructive strategies to nurse farmland. |
