| 摘 要： | 本文以残疾人福利实践逻辑为视角,试图通过探究社会支持与权能感之间的关系,达致透视福利行为效能之目标。实证分析的结果表明,虽然以公民权利为核心理念的残疾人福利制度体系基本建构起来,但残联福利实践的传统色彩还比较浓厚,残疾人福利的制度逻辑与实践逻辑之间的裂痕有待弥合。

| Abstract: | This essay tries to see through welfare activity's function by probing into the relation of social support and empowerment from the Perspective of the Welfare Practical logic. The empirical investigation result shows: though the handicapped welfare institution system with citizens' rights as its key idea has been constructed, Disabled Persons Federation's welfare practice still stays on a traditional level. The great crack between the handicapped welfare institutional logic and practical logic need to be closed. |
