| 摘 要： | 日俄战争之后,日本逐步获得了"满蒙利权".在此过程中,日本外相小村寿太郎的外交战略不容忽视."小村外交"通过对华软硬兼施、施展权术,以及日俄协商等一系列灵活举措,为日本攫取、拓展和维系"满蒙利权"奠定了坚实基础,并由此推动了日本"大陆政策"的实质性进展. |
