| 摘 要： | 在教育国际化的背景下,跨境教育与跨境民族教育越来越普遍,国家间教育合作交流的广度与深度不断得到加强,但跨境教育中的问题也日益显现。随着跨境教育类型的日趋多元化,出现了跨境教育、跨境教育服务贸易和跨境民族教育等概念上的混用。在扩大云南对东南亚、南亚开放人文交流平台建设中,厘清跨境教育和跨境民族教育的性质及其对象,对扩大云南面向东南亚、南亚人文交流,推进云南沿边境跨境民族地区的教育发展,把云南建设成为面向东南亚、南亚人文交流的桥头堡,具有重要的现实意义。
