我国大众高等教育阶段质量保证体系探究

在高等教育快速发展的今天,如何保证高等教育质量一直是人们备受关注的问题之一。该文在分析高等教育质量的基础上,概述高等教育质量保证存在的主要问题,并结合国外高等教育质量保证的发展动向,认为在社会转型和高等教育向大众化跨越的历史时期,教育质量保证体系起着重要的导向作用,构建具有中国特色的高等教育质量保证体系势在必行。

A Study on Quality Assurance System in Chinese Mass Higher Education Stage

How to guarantee the quality of higher education has always been a hot topic which people concern during the period of rapid development of higher education.On the basis of analysing the quality of higher education,this thesis maks a general statement about the main problems which exist in the quality assurance of China higher education,and summarize the development trend of the international higher education's quality assurance.We believe that the quality assurance system plays an important guidance role in the period of social reform and the leap-over of higher education to the mass education.It is imperative to construct a higher education quality assurance system with China character.
