男权传统中的女性意识--评哈代的小说《远离尘嚣》

英国小说家托尔斯·哈代不但对妇女的生活方式和心理有着深刻的理解，对男权传统限定下的女性怀有深切的同情；而且在女性形象的塑造上超越了男权传统的女性角色对比，刻画了一系列个性鲜明，情感丰富，独立自主的女性，充分体现出妇女所独有的女性意识。在小说《远离尘嚣》中，女主人公巴丝谢芭在与男性的爱情、婚姻关系中努力追求实现自我存在和自我需求，对抗着男权传统对女性自我存在、自我需求、自我表达的干涉和压制。

Woman's self-consciousness in Male-dominated society--comments on Far from the Modding Crowd by Thoms Hardy

In the eye of the feminist critists, Thomas Hardy( 1840-1928) appears not only as an interpretor who holds keen insight and sound understanding on woman, showing his great concerns for woman constrained by the male-dominated society, but also as a creator who, against the traditional characterization of woman in the value standardized by male, depicts aset of fit, brave and remarkably strong women who go beyond the tracitional definition and fully present the novel-Far from the Madding crowd( 1873), we can get a detailed analyses on the sexual ideology beween man and woman ,and also a better understanding on the woman's struggle in the process of being materialized ,checked and cirmscribed in the male-dominated society.
