基于CAE技术的聚氨酯弹性体制品模浇口设计分析

摘    要:针对浇注聚氨酯弹性体制品浇注模浇口对产品质量的影响,利用CAE技术的模流分析软件Moldflow,结合实际产品,模拟不同位置和数目的浇口设计,通过分析方案A和方案B的不同特点对产品质量的不同影响,并综合各种因素判断后,确定方案A为最终的浇注模浇口设计方案。实验表明最终方案能够提高产品质量,缩短开发周期,优化效果很好。

Abstract:In view of the influence of casting polyurethane elastomer products pouring mold gate on the quality of the products, using CAE technology of mold flow analysis software Moldflow, combined with the actual prod- uct, the gate design, simulation of different position and number, by analyzing Option A and Option B on the different characteristics different effects of product quality and comprehensive variety of factors judgment, de- termine Option A for the final casting mold gate design. Experiments show that the scheme can improve the quality of products,shorten the development cycle, the optimization effect is very good.
