论楚辞流传与“屈原一家之书”的《楚辞》结集

楚辞的长期流传,首先是自上而下,然后自下而上,进入汉代通过三条线索得以汇编结集。今本《楚辞》是一部体例极为特殊的文学选集,它在实质上乃是“屈原一家之书”,所收作品也似有经、传之分。《汉志》不录《楚辞》,并不能否定刘向的编纂之功,刘向编《楚辞》是他在废弃期间的“个人行为”,而他后来奉诏典校经书则是“政府行为”。

CIRCULATION OF QU YUAN''''S POEMS AND THE COLLECTION OF THE SONGS OF THE SOUTH BY QU YUAN ALONE

The circulation of Qu Yuan's poems was first from top to bottom and then from bottom to top. They were collected through three channels in the Han Dynasty. The present edition is a peculiar collection. It was Qu Yuan's work alone and it could be divided into classics and commentaries. Liu Xiang's merit in compilation should not be questioned just Because Annals of the Han Dynasty did not include The Songs of the South. Collecting The Songs of the South was Liu Xiang's "Personal act" at the time when he was out of office, but it was "govern mental act" when he was proof-reading it under the imperial edict.
