发挥外资技术溢出效应推动浙江经济可持续发展

近年来,浙江经济在快速发展取得辉煌成绩的同时,也面临着地荒、水荒、电荒和用工荒的困境,这是粗放型经济增长模式带来的负面效果。要改变浙江经济发展的困境,实现可持续发展,最根本的是要转变经济增长方式。本文从外商直接投资(FDI)可以促进当地产业结构升级、推动经济增长方式转型的原理出发,分析了浙江省FDI技术溢出的现状及获取技术溢出效应的难点,并就如何利用FDI推动浙江经济持续发展提出了相应的对策。

Building the Sustainable Economic Growth of Zhejiang on FDI Technological Spillover Effects

With all its booming economy and brilliant achievements in recent years,Zhejiang is now faced with the dilemma marked by scantiness of land,power,water and human resources,which is a negative outcome of the extensive mode of economic growth.Therefore,the change of the economic mode is essential to overcoming the difficulties and securing the sustainable economic development.This paper,starting with the roles of foreign direct investment(FDI) in upgrading the local industrial structure and facilitating the transformation of the economic mode,probes into the status quo of the FDI technological spillover in Zhejiang province,analyzes the difficulties in attaining the technological spillover effect,and raises suggestions on how to maintain the sustainable economic growth of Zhejiang by drawing on FDI.
