深入学习宣传宪法 高等学校责任重大

最近中共中央对进一步学习和贯彻实施《中华人民共和国宪法》进行了研究部署,教育部党组也对全国高校的宪法宣传、贯彻、实施工作作了具体安排。本文结合高等学校实际情况,从三个方面探讨了高等学校学习、宣传宪法的有关问题,即正确认识理解新宪法的精神实质;高等学校做好学习、宣传宪法工作的意义;高等学校如何做好宪法的宣传工作。

Universities and Colleges Taking a Great Responsibility for Studying and Propagandizing the Constitution

Recently the Central Committee of the Communist Party has arranged to study ,carry out and enforce"The Constitu-tion of the People's Republic of China".The Party Group of Education Department has made a concrete assignment on studying, propagandizing and enforcing "The constitution" in universities and colleges. According to the situation of univer-sities and colleges,, this paper tries to probe into some issues concerning the study and propaga of the constitution in universities and colleges from three aspects, namely how the essence of the newconstitution can be understood correctly; the signifi-cance of studying and propagandizing the constitu-tion in universities and colleges;; how the constitution can be propagandized in universities and colleges .
