| 摘 要： | 社区文化与社区共同体的存在和发展密不可分,文化维系力是社区自组织能力的重要表征.随着现代化的推进,城市社区各自原有的文化特质逐渐退色,社区共同体的文化维系力弱化.这是当今社区文化建设必须正视和面对的现实.重塑社区文化是社区自组织能力建设的有效路径,需要从完善社区文化体系、重塑和培育现代社区精神、建立社区文化的共建共享机制、彰显社区文化的个性几个方面入手.
