| 摘 要： | 政协履行三大职能和构建和谐社会共同的重要理论基础之一,就是要有效发挥矛盾统一性的作用.因此,人民政协在履行职能的过程中,要善于在矛盾对立中把握统一,善于坚持统筹兼顾原则,善于坚持求同存异原则.只有这样,人民政协才能在履行职能过程中不断化解、钝化矛盾,促进各界人士的大团结大联合,为构建和谐社会作出更大贡献.
