| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的迅猛发展,微博凭借着传统媒体无法比拟的优越性成为网络问政的新兴手段。微博问政逐渐成为公民政治参与和国家社会管理创新的重要手段。一方面,微博问政构建了一个信息发布、舆论引导、政民互动的新平台,扩大了民众的政治参与。另一方面,形式主义、信息鸿沟等问题也随之出现。因此,要加快完善微博问政的路径选择,使之成为舆论监督政府的重要途径。

| Abstract: | With the drastic development of information technology,micro-blog has become a new means of making politic comments through internet with its incomparable superiority.Meanwhile,making politic comments by micro-blog have gradually become an important means of citizens’ political participation and national social management innovation.On the one hand,making politic comments by micro-blog offers a new platform for publishing information,guiding public opinion,interacting with politics and people,which enlarges citizens’ political participation.On the other hand,some problems such as formalism,information gap etc,also emerge with it.Therefore,we should perfect the path to making politic comments by micro-blog and make it an important way to supervision by public opinion. |
