论21世纪的社会主义社会文明

全球化的实质是不同社会制度、不同社会文明的整合与竞争。社会主义社会文明是人类文明进程的伟大创举 ,在 2 1世纪全球化进程中 ,社会主义社会文明将得到全方位的锻炼和提升 ,从而更加展示自己的生机和活力。全球化既是不同社会文明的对抗 ,也是不同社会文明的交融。作为全球化时代人类文明进程的一个组成部分 ,社会主义社会文明必须遵循人类文明发展的一般规律和趋势。全球化是经济、政治、文化形态的全方位交融与竞争。社会主义社会要在全球化大潮中立于不败之地 ,必须建构物质文明、精神文明、政治文明有机统一的文明发展战略。由市场经济建构社会主义物质文明 ,由先进文化建构社会主义精神文明 ,由民主法制建构社会主义政治文明 ,是当代中国文明进程的三大基本要素 ,而各方面文明的推进 ,都必须以提高人的素质、促进人的全面发展作为基础和支撑。

Globalization and Socialist Civilization of the 21st Century

The nature of globalization is integration and competition of different social systems and civilizations. Socialist civilization is a great achievement in the process of human civilization. In the globalization of the 21 st century, socialist civilization will be improved in every aspect in order to show its vigor and vitality. Globalization is confrontation and integration of different civilizations. As a part of human civilization in the globalization time, socialist civilization must follow the general law and tendency of human civilization development. Globalization is the integration and competition of economical, political, cultural forms on every side. Socialist society must set the development strategy of the integral civilization of material, spiritual and political civilization in order to be successful in the globalization. Socialist material civilization is established on the market economics. Socialist spiritual civilization is established on the advanced culture. And socialist political civilization is established on democracy and law system. These are the three basic demands in the process of contemporary civilization. And the advancement of every civilization should take improving human quality and promoting human's overall development as the foundation and support.
