| 摘 要： | 从全球化视角探索"球权"的客观依据和渊源,并对"球权"进行结构分析可以看出,"球权"的发展与区域化、全球化同步进行并从低级向高级演进,人类社会的未来以"球权"为立足点和最终归宿.新中国随着外交理念的演变而逐渐形成球权观,中国在国际舞台上对"球权"的建构做出了重要贡献.

| Abstract: | The author explores the objective basis and theoretical source of the global rights from the perspective of globalization and analyzes the structure of global rights, charts the route of the synchronous gradual development of global rights from lower level to higher level with the regionalization and globalization. The human society will focus on global rights as footing and converging place. The view of New China on global rights formed as the diplomatic ideas evolved. China contributed a lot to the construction of global rights on the international arena. |
