国务院政府工作报告是“汉语书面正式语体”的一种，其书面性和正式性的主要表现之一便是运用大量如“大力发展”、“切实加强”、“逐步改进”等的“双A＋双V”的偏正搭配。这些偏正搭配在表达上严谨、准确，有的由于经常使用已成为政府工作报告中的“程式用语”。因此有必要对其进行统计分析。分别以偏正搭配的两个组成部分“双A”和“双V”为节点词对国务院政府工作报告中的此种模式作统计，可以发现，此种模式的表达符合政府工作报告公文语体的性质，在表达上准确、规范、严谨、科学。

A Statistical Analysis of the Frequently Used Phrase Modal "Double A +Double V" in the Reports on the Work of Government from 1954 to 2009

The reports on the work of government by the State Council of China have been regarded as a good example of＂formal written Chinese＂ . The phrase modal of＂double A ＋double V＂ such as ＂大力发展＂ （to strive to develop）, ＂切实加强＂ （to take concrete step to advance）, ＂逐步改进＂ （to improve gradually） is frequently used in them to show the formality and written style. The modifiers and the words they modify in these phrases are precise and exact. Some of them in fact have become ＂programmed language＂because of the frequent use. Thus a statistical analysis of these phrases is necessary to be made. The statistics on ＂double A＂and ＂double V＂as the two knots respectively shows that this phrase modal is accurate, standard, rigorous and scientific so it is suitable to the written style of official documents.
