On the Creation of Chen Mengjia's Lyric Poems

For a long time,the writing style and status in poetry history of Chen Mengjia have not been paid enough attention to.Chen Mengjia,as a rising star of Xinyue Poetic School,focused on writing oriental lyric poems which are implicit,obscure,and unique.His poetic writings,which both inherited from and innovated Xinyue poetic theory,involve many features of symbolism such as ideological consciousness and peculiar imagination and initiated Modernist in the 1930s.
