| 摘 要： | 确立建立一种互动的、新型的师生关系是当前高校教育面临的一个新课题,师生关系处理是否得当将直接影响教育的效果。并从教育观、交往渠道以及教师素质等方面入手,提出了新型师生关系实现的途径。
