伴随着清末国内外环境出现的重大变化，清王朝自觉或不自觉地学习西方一些先进制度，其中包括西方近代的邮政制度。清末开始的邮政国有化的推行和管理邮政事务专门机构的出现，推动了中国邮政近代化进程。到民国时期，实现了邮政统一，并日臻完善。

A Review of Modern China Post from the Perspective of Modernization

With the major changes in domestic and international environments in the late Qing dynasty,the govern- ment of the Qing dynasty studies the advanced system consciously or unconsciously,including the modern postal system.The implementation of post nationalization and the appearance of specialized agencies for the management of the postal services in the late Qing dynasty push the modernization process of China post.In the period of the Republic of China,the post became united and gradually went into perfect.
