高校学生管理工作的探索与创新——西南大学贯彻实施《普通高校学生管理规定》的思考

学生教育管理,是影响高等学校办学质量,制约高等教育发展最为重要的因素。2005年3月新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的颁布实施,标志着我国高校学生管理制度建设进入了一个新的历史阶段,新《规定》集中体现了新时期高校学生管理工作以人为本、依法治校和规范管理的新要求。西南大学以贯彻实施新《规定》为起点,创新了学生教育管理方式和手段,开创了学生教育管理工作新局面,验证了新《规定》的科学性。

EXPLORATION AND INNOVATION OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF COLLEGE STUDENTS——IMPLEMENTATION OF PROVISIONS ON ADMINISTRATION OF COLLEGE STUDENTS IN SOUTHWEST UNIVERSITY

The educational management of students is the most important factor that restrains the development of higher education and affects the teaching quality of universities.The promulgation and enforcement of Provisions on Administration of College Students in March,2005 shows that the institutional system construction for college student administration in our country has come into a new historical period.The document Administration of College Students embodies the new requests for the work of student administration in the new period,i.e.put people first,manage the universities according to law and standardize the administrative work.Southwest University has put the Provisions into practice,innovated the mode and means of education and started a new situation in student educational management,thus verifying that Provisions is scientifically formulated.
