摘    要:
随着经济全球化和竞争的日益激烈 ,人力资本已成为获取竞争优势的主要资源 ,人才争夺已开始白热化 ,传统的人事管理已不能适应形势发展的要求 ,企业要想在今天的竞争中获得核心能力从而保持持续竞争优势 ,迫切需要向战略性人力资源管理转变。战略性人力资源管理是传统人事管理、人力资源管理发展的更高阶段 ,其最显著特点就是其与经济经营目标的紧密的战略匹配

Abstract:
With the increasing economic competitions and globalization, human capital has become the main resource of obtaining competitive advantages. Accordingly, the traditional personnel management as well as common human resources management have fallen behind the institution. To obtain the core capacity to keep the steady competitive advantages, organizations must try to change their current personnel management and human resources mangement into strategic human resources management, whose most remarkbale characteristic is the strategic and close match with the organization's business goals.
