高校“去行政化”利弊分析及其思考

高校行政化被看作是阻碍我国高校发展的“罪魁祸首”受到人们的强烈指责，“去行政化”已成为新时期高等教育改革的主旋律。但是，如果理智地思考我国的现实就不难发现，高校行政化并非一无是处，有它存在的现实基础和独特价值。现阶段，极端化地对高校“去行政化”，不但不利于高校发展，反而会给高校发展造成更大困难。事实上，在我国现阶段，高校完全地“去行政化”也很难实现。因此，在高校“去行政化”的强烈呼声中，冷静地、现实地思考我国现阶段高校“去行政化”怎样“去”、“去”什么，比较符合实际。在我国，高校“去行政化”至少要具备两个前提条件，一是社会治理法制化，二是高校具有独立生存的环境和能力。
