| 摘 要： | 为了强化学生的专业技能和专业知识,提升学生的创新能力和水平,培养学生的兴趣爱好,为学生营造学思结合、勇于创新的良好环境,提升学生的综合竞争力,培养高素质的国家公务人员,作者提出了培养应用创新型公共管理人才的＂五个一＂模式,对＂五个一＂模式的构成体系、特色平台的构建、特色载体的创新等方面分别进行了论述。

| Abstract: | To strengthen students＇ specialized knowledge and skills,improve their innovative ability and levels,develop their interest and hobbies,create a conducive environment for them to well link learning and thinking and bravely carry out innovation,sharpen their comprehensive competitiveness and train high-quality civil servants,a mode of Five Ones was put forward for the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in public administration.Elaboration was conducted respectively of the mode＇s constitution system,construction of characteristic platforms,and innovation of characteristic carriers. |
