管理类本科生导师制应用研究

摘    要:针对管理类本科生培养问题,采用归纳分析的方法,对管理类本科生实行导师制的必要性进行阐述,总结了本科生导师制的遴选、培训、激励以及评价机制的建立及实施效果,指出目前实施管理类本科生导师制存在的主要问题,提出建立导师培训制度、推行双向选择和完善导师评价机制等建议。研究结果对管理专业本科生导师制建设有指导意义。

Abstract:In view of problems in management undergraduates' cultivation,induction was adopted to elaborate on the necessity of applying tutorial system among management undergraduates.A summary was made of tutor selection,training and incentive as well as the establishment and implementation effect of tutor evaluation mechanism.Major problems were pointed out in the implementation of tutorial system among management undergraduates.Suggestions are put forward in the establishment of tutor training system,the implementation of two-way selection and the improvement of tutor evaluation mechanism. This research is helpful to the construction of tutorial system among management undergraduates.
