| 摘 要： | 高校作为一种特殊的学习型组织、知识密集型组织，拥有丰富的隐性知识资源。信息化环境下如何进行隐性知识的管理，已成为高校知识管理中的一个重要课题。为了对隐性知识进行有效管理，必须对高校隐性知识的概念、分布和价值进行探讨，并在此基础上提出有效的管理策略。

| Abstract: | As a kind of special study organization,universities have plenty of tacit knowledge resources.How to manage tacit knowledge in the information environment is an important task to be solved.This text has analysed the definition,distribution and value of tacit knowledge in the view of informatization,and put forward the suggestion on effective management of university's tacit knowledge. |
