| 摘 要： | 在世界迈向信息化社会的今天,信息战略是一个国家也是一个地区经济发展的制高点.文章分析了在中西部民族地区实施信息战略的作用,并从加强信息基础设施建设,提高通信能力;促进民族地区信息资源建设;提高信息意识,大力培养信息人才;开展信息交流和研究活动;以点带面逐步发展信息产业;适当地实施资助计划,完善政府上网工程;促进信息市场的规范化等8个方面重点阐述了如何在这些地区推进信息化战略实施的建议.

| Abstract: | The problemr of primary importance in the economic development of ethnic minority regions is to solve the poverty. When the government and society help them get rid of poverty, they must improve their "function of hematopoiesis", Nowadays, the world is on the way to a informational society. And the information strategy is very important to a country as well as a district. This thesis analyses the necessity for west-central China. |
