| 摘 要： | 民事法律关系理论是建立在法理学(法哲学)价值论和方法论基础之上的民法理论。它作为民法的核心和灵魂,不仅体现了民法的精神和价值,而且也蕴涵了民法的逻辑和方法。它在法学家对市民社会的抽象思辨中产生,在逻辑的演绎推理中得到实际的运用。

| Abstract: | The theory on the relations of civil law is the basic theory on civil law,established on the evaluation and methodology of legal philosophy.As the kernel and soul of civil law,it not only embodies the spirits and values of the civil law, but also contains the logic and method therein.It is brought about by experts of law to think about the civil society and applied on the deductive method of logic. |
