| 摘 要： | 通过岳麓秦简与睡虎地秦简的比较研究,发现睡虎地秦简中的"将阳"并不是一般意义上的"游荡",而是秦汉时期一个特定的法律用语。"将阳"就是"将阳亡"的省称,它是相对于"邦亡"、"阑亡"而特定的一种犯罪程度最轻、处罚也最轻的一种逃亡。

| Abstract: | By contrast with Qin bamboo slips kept in Yuelu Academy,this paper argues that Jiangyang which appeared in Shuihudi Qin bamboo slips was a special law term during the period of Qin and Han Dynasty,not referring to the common behavior of wander.Jiangyang was the abbreviation of JiangyangWang.Compared with Bangwang and Lanwang,Jiangyang was a specialized behavior of escapement which committed a crime to a least extent and would be published most softly. |
