| Abstract: | This paper briefly reviews the history of the subject librarian system and the research as well as the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system,maintaining that the system should be implemented to meet the demands of disciplines development,academic teaching and science research.It also points out that the service model of the system should cater for the needs of the personalized development of disciplines construction. |
