“合中西为大家”——康有为的国画变革观

康有为作为中国近代维新运动的先驱，通过在意大利游历中对西洋绘画艺术历史发展的思考，以及对中国画的整理分析，他认识到西洋绘画艺术的独特魅力，感受到中西美术融合的必要，提出了向西方学习，“合中西为大家”的主张，极力呼吁中国画的变革，期望在新的时代出现新的绘画形式、新的创造者。他的国画变革观形成于民族危亡的动荡时期，着眼于变革创新的精神，与其变法思想紧密相联，反映出当时有代表性的西洋观，表现出一种较开放的文化心态。

Kang You-wei's Views on the Reformation of Traditional Chinese Painting

This paper examines Kang You-wei's idea of the reformation of traditional Chinese painting. Kang You-wei was fascinated by the western paintings when he traveled in Italy in 1904. After he came back from Europe, he sorted out and analyzed all the Chinese paintings he had collected. As the avant- garde of the reformation of modern China, Kang realized that it was very necessary to combine the Chinese and western paintings together, and he points out that the Chinese painting must try to learn new technol- ogy from the western painting. He appealed for the reform of the Chinese painting, and looked forward to new forms and new artists in the new era. It is obvious that Kang's opinion on the Chinese painting coin- cided with his proposition about the Chinese reformation.
