| 摘 要： | 在知识经济不断发展、国际经济文化交流不断深入和世界文化竞争不断加剧的背景下,社会对高校学报的质量要求越来越高。学报的质量最终取决于编辑的素质和能力,学报编辑必须具备过硬的政治素质、高尚的职业道德素质和良好的业务素质,这样才能保证学报质量,满足时代发展的需求。

| Abstract: | Owing to the development of knowledge-based economy,increasing international economic and cultural exchanges and fiercer international cultural competitions,university journals have to meet stricter demands.It is important for editors to abide by professional ethics and improve their professional qualities and increase their political consciousness,as the quality of a university journal rests on the abilities and qualities of editors.Only in this way editors could the quality of a university journal be guaranteed and meet the needs of development of the times. |
