With the informanization construction of banks, there are a lot of e_finance products and all kinds of datum, managing cost of digital information is increasing. According to the economic principle, there are many problems on how to manage well and use the digital information for supporting the scientific decision_making in the small and medium banks, and there are more and more IT outsourcing of banks home and abroad. As for whether to put in practice the digital information outsourcing , this article intends to put forward outsourcing model of the digital information.
