| Abstract: | This paper introduces the results of the successful reform in the teaching of intensive reading. Based on the analyses of the status quo of the teaching of intensive reading and some teaching theories, the paper states theThree Facilitating methods that guides and directs the teaching of the course, i.e. facilitating the transfer from knowledge to skills; facilitating the transfer from receptive skill to productive skill; facilitating the transfer from controlled communication to free communication. |
