| 摘 要： | 面对知识经济、经济全球化和加入WTO前所未有的机遇和挑战 ,中国企业必须培养造就一批能与国际经济接轨的可以与“狼”共舞的现代企业家。企业家是实现企业持续增长的经营管理者 ,企业家之所以能成为企业家 ,固然原因是多方面的 ,然而 ,具有不断创新、追求卓越、坚守诚信的独特精神气质才是造就企业家的最重要因素
