| 摘 要： | 执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本建设。构建社会主义和谐社会是对党的执政能力的考验,党的执政能力建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。因此,中国共产党作为执政党,要带领全国各族人民共同构建社会主义和谐社会,必须加强党的执政能力建设。

| Abstract: | Construction of the Party's governing capability is a basic construction after the Party is in power.Construction of socialist harmonious society is the test for the governing capability of the Party,construction of the Party's governing capability is the key to founding socialist harmonious society.Therefore,as governing Party,the Communist Party of China must strengthen the governing capability construction to lead all the Chinese people to construct socialist harmonious society together. |
