| 摘 要： | 我国《政府采购法》的颁布填补了在政府采购领域高层次立法的空白 ,将对规范政府采购行为实现政府采购目标发挥重要的作用。本文就WTO《政府采购协定》与我国《政府采购法》的异同进行了较为深入的比较 ,对于未来完善我国的政府采购法律制度及更好地履行我国入世的有关承诺具有重要的理论意义和现实意义

| Abstract: | Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China has filled the gap in the field of the high-level legislation of the government procurement and will play a very important role in regulating behaviors and realizing the aims of government procurement. This essay manages to make a more thorough comparison of the different and same points of Government Procurement Agreement of the WTO and Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China. This comparison is of theoretic and realistic importance in the perfection of the legal system of the government procurement in China and the better fulfillment of the promises before China's entry into the WTO. |
