| Abstract: | The construction of party conduct represents the party's essence, aim, programme and routes and consitutes the party's abilities of creating, fighting and uniting. It is closely related to the feelings of the people,the party's image and its life-and-death development.Therefore,the thought is the guiding ideas for us to enhance the party's conduct construction to a new stage at present. |
