浅析人力资本产权的界定与利益分享

摘    要:人力资本产权的界定及其利益分享是知识经济时代必须重新解读和审视的重要课题。本文在分析当前人力资本产权界定存在分歧的基础上,以投资性和效率性为原则,对人力资本产权进行了"政府——个人——企业"三角主体的探讨,认为在人力资本权益分享时,人力资本主体应共同享有企业剩余索取权,应当特别保护并强化个人和企业的那部分权益,而政府的人力资本权益应相对弱化但应强调其隐性收入。

Abstract:Definition of human capital property right and its bendfits share are important topics,which should be understood and scrutinized in the era of knowledge-driven economy.On the basis of analysis of difference of human capital property right,taking investment and the efficiency as a principle,this article has carried on the discussion of main triangular roles of the thuman capital property right.:"the government-individual-enterprise."when the human capital rights and benefits are shared,the human capital body should enjoy the enterprise surplus and ask for the right together,especially protect and strengthen the rights and benefits of individual and enterprise,and the human capital rights and benefits of the government should weaken relatively,but It's supposed to emphasize the government's recessive income.
