| 摘 要： | 随着我国工程建设领域市场化改革的进一步深入 ,加快工程造价管理体制改革 ,早日实现与国际惯例接轨变得必要而紧迫。本文通过对我国与发达国家工程造价管理模式的比较与分析 ,从多个侧面总结我国工程造价管理模式的不足 ,寻找改革和发展的突破点 ,试图提出符合市场化运作要求的管理新思路与新办法。

| Abstract: | In Chinese engineering construction field, it is very necessary and urgent to promote the reform of engineering cost management system in order to meet international convention. By comparing and analyzing the engineering cost management between China and advanced countries, the paper summarized the defects in Chinese engineering cost management system from several aspects so as to find the break through point of reforming and developing, and tried to advance new thought and new method following the market operation. |
