出口企业反倾销应诉实践及对策建议

随着我国国际贸易的不断发展,国外对我国出口企业反倾销指控迅速增加,我国因此遭受巨大损失。本文通过分析国外反倾销现状和原因,提出政府、协会、企业共同努力,以国际贸易规则为指导,增强法律意识,提高国际竞争力,减少贸易损失的建议。

On Answer Operation and Strategy of Anti-dumping for the Exporting Enterprises

As our foreign trade develops, there are more accusations of dumping from foreign countries to our exporting enterprises. Thus we suffer a great loss in international trade. This paper is, on one hand, to analyze the current state and causes of anti-dumping from foreign countries, and on the other, to propose that the government, the industrial associations and enterprises should work together to strengthen their awareness of law under the guidance of international regulations. And in this way, the capability in international competition will be promoted and the loss in trading is to be reduced.
