论加强非公有制经济组织党建工作的三个环节

随着我国非公有制经济的迅速发展,非公有制企业党建工作已经成为巩固党的执政地位,加强党的执政能力,引导促进非公有制企业健康发展的一项重要课题。本文紧紧围绕我国非公有经济组织的发展实际,就如何进一步健全和完善非公有制经济组织党建工作进行分析,提出应该着重把握好组织定位、人才培养、活动保障三个环节,加强非公有制经济组织党建工作。

With the rapid development of non-public economy,non-public enterprises' party construction has become an important subject which consolidates with the position of governing,strengthens party reigning ability and guides,accelerates healthy development of non-public enterprises.Rounding the development reality of the non-public enterprises,how to strengthen nonpublic enterprises party construction is analysed.That we should hold on three links,strengthen non-public enterprises party construction is raised.
