| 摘 要： | 日本对华ODA始于1979年大平正芳任首相的时期。20多年来日本一直是中国大的援助国,日本对华ODA,特别是其中的日元贷款,支持了中国的现代化进程,同时也给日本带来了巨大的利益。但自2000年以来,日本大幅度削减对华援助,同时,外援重点也发生了一定的变化,这其中的原因以及对中日关系未来走向产生的影响,值得我们认真思考。

| Abstract: | Japan for china ODA starts the period of prime minister Dapingzhengfang in 1979. Japan has been a country which give China the biggest economic help for 20 years. Japan for China ODA especially yen-loan gives a lot of supports for Chinese modernization process, of course, Japan get plenty of benefits from it at the same time.However, since 2000,Japanese emphasis on economic help has been different, as they reduce the help to a great extent.so it is our duty to think over its reason and effects on the China-Japan relations. |
