| 摘 要： | 越来越多的事实表明,大学生心理健康和大学生成才之间有着密切的关系,可以说心理健康是当今大学生这一跨世纪人才必须具备的基本的素质之一,解决当前大学生普遍存在的心理健康问题自然成为当务之急.本文拟从大学生的心理特点、影响大学生心理健康的因素和大学生心理健康教育的途径这三方面提出几点思考.

In this article, the authors aim to prove that the mental is a basic precondition for university students to be the persons with all-round ability. It is urgent to solve the existent or potential problem in this field. This article can be divided into three sections: the characters of mental health of mental health of university students, the influencing factors and the methods of education. |
