高等院校管理过程中双重权力的效应分析

院校内部存在着行政权力和学术权力两种基本权力形式,作为学术组织的院校在发展中存在着行政权力和学术权力相冲突的地方。权力类型、权力本质和制度构成的不同是决定二者冲突的主要因素。为了高校管理水平和管理技术的提高,明确产权、更新服务理念、规范学校制度和变革权力环境应是现阶段建立行政权力和学术权力冲突协调机制的主要着力点。

On the Effect of Dual Power in the College Management

There are many kinds of power forms in the inner part of the universities,and the most important and basic forms are administration power and academy power.There exits conflict between them.The difference among the power type,power essence and system structure,and the difference is the main aspect determining the conflicts.In order to improve the college management and enforce their managerial skills,we should explicit proprieties,renew the service principle,make the system reasonable and change the power environment.The above four aspects mainly puts forth effort in constructing the conflict coordination mechanism of building up the administration and academy power currently.
