摘    要:教师职前与职后教育的一体化是国内外教师教育改革的理想追求,推动教师教育一体化需要对传统的教师继续教育作出多方面的变革.基于一体化,世界上的一些国家从观念、目标、课程、教学方法、机构等方面对教师继续教育进行了深刻的变革,并积累了很多成功的经验,这给我国当前的教师继续教育改革带来了有益的启示.

Abstract:It is a common pursuit at home and abroad that pre-service teacher education and in-service teacher education are integrated.In order to achieve this goal,some countries in the world have profoundly changed their teacher continuing education in the way of concept,objectives,curriculum,teaching methods,institutions,etc.and accumulated a lot of successful experiences,which will be useful inspiration to China's reform in the field of teacher continuing education.
