| 摘 要： | 中国在社会大转型与改革开放的伟大实践中走出了一条具有中国特色的反腐败之路。新时期，反腐倡廉建设对于党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要的意义。民主与法治是中国反腐倡廉的根本之道。而通过制度建设来构建国家廉政体系则是反腐倡廉的未来蓝图。

| Abstract: | China has paved an anti-corruption and honesty promoting way with Chinese features in the practice of opening up policy. Anti-corruption and honesty promoting construction plays an important role in party's construction of a new great project. The anti-corruption and honesty promoting essences contains democracy and legal system. Building a national integrity system though system construction is the future blueprint of anti-corruption and honesty promoting work. |
