| 摘 要： | 技术性贸易壁垒已经成为制约我国商品出口最主要的因素之一。本文从理论与实践两个角度对当代国际贸易中技术性贸易壁垒盛行的原因进行了深刻剖析,并根据我国的实际情况提出了冲破技术性贸易壁垒的相关对策措施。

| Abstract: | Technical barrier to trade(TBT) has become one of the major inhibitors on China's exports.From both theory and practice,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the reasons behind the prevalence of TBT in contemporary international trade.And in light of the reality in China,some corresponding countermeasures are put forward for China to break through TBT. |
