转变增长方式构建循环经济发展模式

绿色发展是党的十八届五中全会着重强调的发展模式,循环经济作为可行性强、经济效益与环境效益明显的发展途径,能有效缓解当前经济增长方式引致的资源能源约束强化、环境污染严重、气候压力加剧的问题,构建中央引领、地方推动、企业主导、公众参与的循环经济发展路径,对破除当前粗放型经济增长方式、构建生态友好型发展模式具有重要意义。

The Transformation of Economic Growth Pattern and Establishment of Circular Economy Development Model

Adhering to the green development is the development pattern that is emphasized at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. With strong feasibility, economic benefit and environmental benefit, circular economy can effectively alleviate the reinforcement of resource energy constraints, the problem of serious environmental pollution and severe climate stress resulted from current economic growth pattern. It is very significant to set up the circular economy model in which the central, the local, enterprises and the public each play their different roles. This model can help break current extensive economic growth pattern and establish eco-friendly development model.
