摘    要:中国的高等工程教育不能满足"中国制造2025"的战略需求,加快工程教育改革势在必行。孔子在教育公平、教育目的、教学内容与教学方法等方面的思想对当前中国高等工程教育改革具有重要启示。中国高等工程教育改革应在培养目标上实现价值理性与工具理性的统一;在课程体系设计上强调道德教育的基础地位;在教学方法上坚持"因材施教",加强创新教育,切实推进启发诱导式教学、研究性学习、开放式教学。

Abstract:China ''s higher engineering education cannot meet the strategy needs of "Made in China 2025", and it is imperative to accelerate the engineering education reform. Confucian educational thoughts in perspectives of education equity, educational purpose, teaching content and teaching methods have important enlightenment to the higher engineering education reform in China. Higher engineering education reform should realize the unity of value rationality and instrumental rationality in the training objectives, emphasize the basic position of moral education in the curriculum system design, insist on the teaching method of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" , strengthen innovation education, and effectively promote the heuristic teaching, research learning and open teaching.
